外国人申请居留许可须知（附英文）

 

一、  申请拘留许可需提供下列材料：

1.申请人的有效护照及签证的原件和复印件；

2.提交填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》，并附一张近期二寸半身正面免冠照片；

3.提交居住地公安派出所出具的《境外人员临时住宿登记表》原件；

4.提交出入境检验检疫部门或者公安机关认可的其他卫生医疗机构出具的健康证明；

5.其他的相关材料。

二、相关材料具体说明：

1.持L、F签证入境因学习申请居留许可，需提供就读院校的《录取通知书》、JW201表或者JW202表和注明学习期限的公函；

2.持Z签证者因就业申请居留许可需提供《外国专家证》或《外国人就业证》原件及复印件，同时提供聘用单位的公函；

3.投资者申请居留许可需提供外商投资企业批准证书、营业执照等有关证明文件。

4.随行家属配偶还需提供婚姻证明，父母提供亲属关系证明，子女提供出生证明。随行家属单独申请时，需提供（任职、受聘）外籍家属的护照和居留许可原件及复印件。

三、受理时间和地点：

周一至周五   上午   8：00—12：00

             下午  14：30—17：00

办理地点：九江市长虹大道212号一楼出入境接待大厅

四、办结时限：

申请资料齐全后，3-5个工作日内办结。

六、注意事项：

1．居留许可项目内容变更（如居留事由、护照号码、地址、就职单位、偕行人等情况），持证人须在10日内到市公安局出入境管理处办理变更手续；

2．居留许可迁移，持证人须在10日内迁出地或迁入地公安出入境管理部门办理迁移手续；

3．因故终止在九江学习或工作的外国人，应及时注销、缴销外国人居留许可，并办理相应签证；

4．持有居留许可的外国人，可以在居留许可有效期内居留，也可以多次出入中国国境；

5．申请居留许可，可以由工作单位代办，但首次申请居留许可，也可以多次出入中国国境；

6．对在中国非法居（停）留或具有其他违法行为的外国人或责任人，公安机关将依法予以处罚。

 

Instructions of Residence Permit Application for Aliens

Ⅰ.Documents required to summit:

a)   Valid passport ＆ visa and copies

b)   Registration of temporary residence. (Present by a hotel or local police station)

c)   “Visa ＆ Residence Permit Application Form”with one 2-inch photograph recently taken full-face without headgear

d)   The original and copy of Health Certificate for international traveler issued by Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine

e)   Other related documents

Ⅱ.About the related documents

Student holding L Visa or F Visa applying for residence permit shall submit JW201 Form or JW202 Form, admission letter and official letter which indicates the length of schooling from the school that he/she is suppose to study at.

Alien holding Z visa applying for residence permit shall submit origin and copy of Foreign Expert Certificate or Work Permit and official letter or the employer organization.

Investor applying residence permit shall submit original and copy of Enterprise Approval Certificate. Duplicate of Business License.

Accompany family member: marriage certificate for spouse. Kinship certificate for parent; birth certificate for child are required to be submit. In case any family member applys for residence permits separately. The original and copy of the worker’s passport and residence permit.

Are required to submit.

Work time :  8:00am to 12:00am

            2:30pm to 5:00pm

From Monday to Friday

Time of settlement:

Within 5 working days after provided all materials.

Ⅲ.Notes

1. In case of content change of the Alien Residence Permit (such as purpose of residence, passport number, address, employer and accompanying children), the holder may apply for replacement, within 10 days of such changes, to the Entry-Exit Administration Division of JiuJiang Public Security Bureau;

2. Holders of Alien Residence Permit who wish to move out of the city of current residence ,shall, register such move to the local entry-exit administration division of public security bureau within 10 days either before moving or after arrival at the new destination;

3. Aliens who terminate their study or work in JiuJiang shall promptly hand in the residence permits for cancellation and apply for corresponding visas;

4. Holders of Alien residence permits can reside in China within the validity period of residence permits, and can make multiple entries into China;

5. To apply for residence permits, all formalities can be submitted by the employer, excluding application for the first time, which should be submitted by the applicant himself.

6. Penalties shall impose on aliens who illegally stay in China ro in violation of other Chinese laws or on persons responsible for such violations by the public security organs in accordance with the law.
